It is our honor to collaborate with you. We take your time seriously and respect the energy and effort that it takes to prepare for your auditions, coachings, and headshots. The following guidelines are in place to make sure we continue to honor your time and energy, as well as ours.

POLICIES

Cancelled Appointments
Any taping appointment cancelled the same day of your appointment will require full payment.* Any taping appointment cancelled with more than a 12 hour notice will be able to receive full credit for future appointments.
*Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

Missed Appointments

Any missed appointments will be charged full amount for the appointment and is not subject to refund or credit.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your taping, coaching, class, or workshop. We accommodate any major credit card as well as PayPal and Venmo

We never want money to be the reason someone can't participate. If finances are an issue, please reach out for payment options.

Loyalty Cards

We offer a frequent taper loyalty card. 10 tapings receive a free 30 minute Taping + Coaching ($50 Value).
Tapings are credited per session, not per time of session

Referral Program

Receive 50% off your next taping for any new client that you refer. They must be a first time client and mention your name on the website while booking their taping

Discounts

List of agency and union discounts are available on our website. Please visit: <insert>. Only one discount can be applied per appointment.
